The San Diego Regional FRC Planning Committee - Public Relations & Media Department is gearing up to produce some FIRST Robotics opening videos. Part of the fun is seeing your team on the big screen. So we want to include pictures from as many teams as possible. We'd like to ask for your help in arranging to collect both still photos and video clips of your team during production of its robot. The deadline is Saturday, February 16th (to allow for production time).

 

What we are looking for:

 

**  Still digital images (300 dpi minimum) of team activities.

 

**  Team photo with as many team members as possible, preferably

     wearing team T-shirts.  Please ensure that the team number is

     identified in the photo.

 

**  Video clips on CD, in digital video format. Document milestones

     and activities regularly (send your footage as you acquire it,

     rather than waiting until the deadline).

 

Make sure all safety rules are observed during documentation.

 

Digital images and videos smaller than 10 Megabytes in size can be

e-mailed directly to: Todd.McMahon@gmail.com

 

If your files are larger, please submit them (max file size 2 Gigabytes) by posting the files to http://www.yousendit.com  -  and directing the file notification to:  Todd.McMahon@gmail.com  and they will be downloaded manually as time permits.  Please be sure to include information describing the file(s) in detail, including Team and Contact information.
